Artists and cultural workers are invited to engage in a dynamic panel talk and open forum, dedicated to supporting and giving visibility to audiovisual artists.

 

This open forum will explore key challenges in the field, including:

 

• Self-organisation and production

• Adapting to new media like VR

• Institutional roles in supporting or gatekeeping

 

Featuring a panel of speakers like Sofia Dati (Wiels), Tashatttot Collective, Ben De Raes (Dagvorm Cinema), Lukas Dewulf (VR artist), Mariana Pecháčková (Artist Run Spaces) and State of the Arts (SOTA), the conversation will also offer a Q&A session, speeddates with panelists, and a networking drink to continue the dialogue. SOTA will also present their ‘Almanac’ and there will be a reading of ‘A Collective Manual for Sustainable and Inclusive Art Institutions’.
